Terms of Service

GENERAL

By using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (the "Terms") and to use the Site in accordance with the Terms, our Privacy Policy, and any additional terms and conditions that may apply to specific sections of the Site or to products and services available through the Site or from Title Growth Factory LLC, doing business as Good Management ("Company," "We," or "Us").

Accessing the Site, in any manner, whether automated or otherwise, constitutes use of the Site and your agreement to be bound by these Terms of Service.

AGE LIMIT

Age restrictions apply: The Company does not permit those under 18 to use the Service. We do our best to restrict access to our sites, products, and services to minors. Even if the content of our products and services is not of a shocking nature, we prefer to target a mature audience capable of understanding the implications and responsibilities of the business world.

Any subscriber who does not meet these criteria will be deleted from our database as soon as this is brought to our attention. Likewise, any customer who does not meet these criteria will be reimbursed immediately and a return of the product(s) concerned will be required.

PLACING ORDERS

By placing an Order for Products through the Service, you warrant that you are legally capable of entering into binding contracts.

PRICE

The prices are indicated in U.S. dollars, excluding the shipping and processing of your order unless otherwise specified. The price of items can be changed at any time. However, the price applied to an order will be the one stated at the time of the order.

YOUR INFORMATION

If you wish to place an Order for Products available on the Service, you may be asked to supply certain information relevant to your order including, without limitation, your name, your email, your phone number, your credit card number, the expiration date of your credit card, your billing address, and your shipping information.

You represent and warrant that: (i) You have the legal right to use any credit or debit card(s) or any other payment method(s) in connection with any Order; and that (ii) the information you supply to us is true, correct, and complete.

By submitting such information, you grant us the right to provide the information to payment processing third parties for purposes of facilitating the completion of your order.

TEXT MESSAGING (SMS) PROGRAM

If you provide your mobile phone number and opt in to our text messaging program, we will use that information to send you text messages related to our workshops, courses, and coaching programs, including registration confirmations, reminders, and notices that a workshop replay is available.

• How you opt in. You opt in to receive text messages by submitting your mobile phone number through a sign-up form on our website and affirmatively agreeing to receive text messages from Good Management.
• Message frequency. Message frequency varies. For a typical workshop campaign, you can expect to receive approximately 7 messages over a 14-day period, including reminders leading up to the event and follow-up messages letting you know the replay is available.
• Message and data rates may apply.
• How to opt out. You can opt out of receiving text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. For help, reply HELP, or contact us at hello@goodmgmt.co or hello@cashflowboost.co.
• No sharing of mobile data. Your mobile phone number, text messaging opt-in status, and consent will never be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Please see our Privacy Policy for more detail on how we handle your information.
• Consent is not a condition of purchase. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any workshop, course, coaching program, or other good or service from us.

PAYMENT

Payment is due immediately on the date of the order, this includes pre-order products.

Payment can be made through any payment methods we have available, such as Visa, MasterCard, Affinity Card, American Express cards, or online payment methods (PayPal, for example).

Payment cards (credit cards or debit cards) are subject to validation checks and authorization by your card issuer. If we do not receive the required authorization, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery of your order.

DELIVERY

Delivery is made to the address you specified when placing your order (therefore, pay particular attention to the spelling of the address you enter and especially the postal code).

The risks will be your responsibility from the date on which the ordered products have left our premises. However, in the event of a lost package, we will do everything necessary so that you still receive your product or that you are reimbursed according to your warranty.

CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will make reasonable efforts to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, in whole or in part, please stop using the website and the Service.
